ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE IS ABSOLUTELY INDISPENSABLE FOR THE REGISTRATION AND USE OF THE SERVICES OFFERED BY THE WEBSITE
When registering on the SITE, the USER, freely and spontaneously, expresses his agreement with all the terms and clauses set forth herein, now expressed.
II. WEBSITE SUMMARY:

We also point out that as this is a dispute with other participating USERS, there is a possibility that the OFFER given may not be the winner, since there IS ONLY ONE WINNING USER PER PRODUCT OR SERVICE DISPUTED, WHICH WILL NOT CREATE THE RIGHT TO REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE AMOUNT OF OFFERS SPENT BY THE OTHERS.

III. THE TERMS USED AND THEIR RESPECTIVE DEFINITIONS:
For the purposes of this contract, capitalized words have the following definition:
PURCHASER - USER who made the LAST OFFER not covered by another OFFER, another USER, for a certain period of time, previously disclosed by the SITE.

SUPPLIER - partner company of MyBid24h responsible for supplying the products or carrying out the services offered by the SITE.
FREIGHT - amount that will be charged to the PURCHASER to send the product to the address registered on the WEBSITE.
LOGIN - USER name used to gain access to the SITE. Every time a USER makes an OFFER, the LOGIN will appear on the SITE screen.
OFFER - unit to be acquired by the USER, through an OFFER PACKAGE, which will give the USER the right to give OFFERS in the dispute for the acquisition of products/services within the REMAINING TIME. Each OFFER given increases the VALUE OF THE LAST OFFER by $ 0.01 (one cent of dollar). OFFER PACKAGES - set of OFFERS sold by the SITE.
SALE PRICE - value stipulated by MyBid24h for the acquisition of a product/service through the PURCHASE OPTION modality, regardless of whether the USER has offered the LAST OFFER for the product/service; its value will be stipulated according to market practices.
WEBSITE - system for selling products and services through electronic commerce via the Internet developed and managed by MyBid24h under the domain www.mybid24h.com
REMAINING TIME - period of time within which USERS will be able to make OFFERS for the acquisition of a product or service for the VALUE OF THE LAST OFFER.
TIME REMAINING LIMIT - the last 15 (fifteen) seconds or another period of TIME REMAINING, defined by mybid24h according to the product or service, and previously published on the SITE for the dispute for OFFERS. In this temporal interregnum, each OFFER given will allow all USERS to make new OFFERS within the next 15 (fifteen) seconds, or another period, as defined by mybid24h for the product or service, and previously published on the SITE.
LAST OFFER - last OFFER made by one of the USERS before the end of the REMAINING TIME LIMIT, as indicated by the SITE; gives the PURCHASING USER the opportunity to purchase a certain product or service for the AMOUNT OF THE LAST OFFER.
USER - any natural or legal person duly registered on the SITE www.mybid24h.com
VALUE OF THE LAST OFFER - price of the product/service to be paid by the PURCHASER; will be the sum of all OFFERS given, penny by penny, for the acquisition of a given product/service.
TOTAL DISCOUNT VALUE - discount offered by the SITE, to take advantage of the amount in reais spent on OFFERS given on a certain product, in the acquisition via PURCHASE OPTION.
IV. REGISTRATION:
IV.1. Registration on the SITE will only be required for USERS who wish to make OFFERS or purchases online.
Sole Paragraph: The registered USER may view the products/services available on the SITE without being obliged to carry out any OFFER and may request the suspension or cancellation of his registration, at any time, without the need for prior notice.
IV.2 Registration on the SITE is free and may be done by natural persons.
IV.3. For the effective registration of the interested party, it is necessary that he completes all the mandatory fields of the registration, with exact, precise and true information, assuming the commitment to the personal data whenever there is any change in them, under penalty of being cancel your LOGIN.
IV.4. MyBid24h is not responsible for correcting and updating the personal data entered by the SITE USERS, who are solely responsible for the veracity, accuracy and authenticity of the registered data. In the case of false personal data or used without authorization by third parties, fraud of any kind and/or improper use of access to the system, MyBid24h reserves the right to cancel or suspend the USER's registration and initiate the appropriate legal actions, without that this generates a right to claim or any indemnity on the part of the USER.
IV.5. The USER authorizes MyBid24h to carry out the necessary checks regarding the data entered in the registration.
IV.6. Each individual may have only one LOGIN and PASSWORD.
IV.7. The USER authorizes the tracking of his IP address or the use of other means of digital control, with the sole and specific purpose of bringing more reliability and security to the transactions carried out on the SITE, as well as enabling the verification of the USER's authenticity.
IV.8. During the registration process on the SITE, the USER must choose a LOGIN and password.
Sole Paragraph: The USER, when completing the access registration, must choose a LOGIN that does not violate the laws in force in USA, nor the rules of conduct and common sense. USERS who opt for obscene, vulgar, aggressive, prejudiced and threatening LOGINS, or that mislead other USERS (such as: closed dispute, ended, ended and the like), may suffer, in addition to legal sanctions, the immediate cancellation of all registration data without prior notice and without the right to refund any OFFERS already purchased.

IV.10. All information or personal data provided by the USER will be stored on highly secure servers or magnetic media. MyBid24h undertakes to take all possible measures to maintain the confidentiality and security described in this clause.
Paragraph One: MyBid24h declares that all processes in which the USER's personal data and means of payment are carried out in a secure and encrypted environment, with high technology for data protection.
Paragraph Two: MyBid24h is not responsible for the misuse, by third parties, of the USER's personal data, especially when these third parties obtain such information using fraud, simulations and system violations.
IV.11. The USER authorizes MyBid24h to disclose his name and city on the SITE, and agrees to assign his voice image and sound rights free of charge, for use in any media.
Sole Paragraph: The USER may object to the disclosure of his image and voice sound through a communication sent to the email address [email protected]
IV.12. Once registered, the USER declares to accept receiving information MyBid24h and its partners.
IV.13. All information sent by MyBid24h to the registered e-mail, for all purposes, will be considered as read.
V. THE ENTERTAINMENT AND SHOPPING SYSTEM:
V.1. The SITE provides its registered USERS with the possibility of entertainment through a policy of acquiring goods and services in an easy and fun way with the dispute of OFFERS, which can lead to the winning USER acquiring a product or service at a price considerably below the market . To participate in the contest for OFFERS, the USER must purchase OFFER PACKAGES on the SITE itself or via partner operators.
SAW. OFFER PACKAGES:

V.II. DISPUTE FOR OFFERS:
V.II.1. The SITE allows USERS, duly registered, authorized, and with OFFER PACKAGES purchased and linked to the LOGIN, to compete for the acquisition of goods and services through OFFERS, which increase the VALUE OF THE LAST OFFER by $0.01 (one cent dollar) per OFFER given by USER.
V.II.2. The USER may purchase OFFER PACKAGES in accordance with the pricing policy published on the SITE at the time of purchase.
V.II.3. Each OFFER that the USER, or user of a PARTNER SITE, makes, for the acquisition of products displayed on the SITE, will be deducted his OFFER PACKAGES. At the same time, $0.01 (one cent) will be added to the VALUE OF THE LAST OFFER of the product/service available on the SITE and chosen by the USER.
V.II.4. OFFERS must be given before the end of the REMAINING TIME LIMIT, pre-established and published on the SITE, counted second by second by the RECORDING TIMER.

V.III. THE PURCHASE OF THE PRODUCTS AND THEIR CONFIRMATION:
V.III.1. The acquisition by the USER who made the LAST OFFER, PURCHASING USER, of the products and services available on the SITE, will only occur with the payment of the BIDDING AMOUNT, which is not to be confused with the amounts spent for the acquisition of the OFFER PACKAGES, in addition to FREIGHT if any for the delivery of the product.
V.III.2. The confirmation of the acquisition will be made upon the effective payment of the BIDDING AMOUNT + SHIPPING, if any, by the means informed on the SITE, within 48 hours after the auction.
Paragraph One: Failure to pay the BIDDING VALUE and SHIPPING within the period established above will mean the PURCHASING USER withdraws the opportunity to purchase the product or service for the BUYING VALUE, making it available to the runner-up in the dispute.
Paragraph Two: Withdrawal releases the PURCHASING USER paying the AMOUNT OF THE LAST OFFER, but does not entitle to refund of the OFFERS used, nor does it generate acquisition rights for other USERS.
Paragraph Three: When dealing with DISPUTE FOR OFFERS with the aim of acquiring OFFER PACKAGES and the value of the VALUE OF THE LAST OFFER is less than $1.00 (one dollar), MyBid24h will have the option of exempting the PURCHASING USER paying the AMOUNT OF THE LAST OFFER. In this case, the same will be informed through a notice at the time of payment.
V.III.3. By confirming the acquisition in the manner described in the previous item, the BUYING USER authorizes MyBid24h to order the SUPPLIER to send the purchased item directly to the registered delivery address, accompanied by the respective invoice in the name of the latter, thus confirming the acquisition, his specific authorization for the acquisition of the good on his behalf.
V.III.4. Once the acquisition is confirmed by the USER, MyBid24h will be solely and exclusively responsible for settling, with the SUPPLIER, the amount stated in the invoice for the purchase of the product/service.
V.III.5. The PURCHASING USER is solely responsible for paying the freight costs for sending the item to the registered address, the values of which will be previously available on the SITE. These expenses must be paid by the PURCHASING USER together with the payment of the AMOUNT OF THE LAST OFFER, under penalty of characterization of withdrawal, according to the first paragraph of 'item V.IV.2.' of this regulation.
V.III.6. Unused OFFER PACKAGE credits cannot be used to reduce the VALUE OF THE LAST OFFER or SHIPPING.
V.IV. LIMITS:
V.IV.1. To ensure greater opportunities for all other USERS, a USER is limited to purchasing 8 (Eight) products/services in the current month.
Paragraph One: With the acquisition of the maximum product(s)/service(s) in the current month, the SITE will automatically veto the acquisition of a new product/service until the end of the current month.
Paragraph Two: The limitation of this clause only applies to acquisitions by DISPUTE BY BID, so that there is no limitation for the direct purchase of the product/service for the SALES VALUE when the PURCHASE OPTION is available.
V.IV.2. Without prejudice to other measures, MyBid24h may suspend or cancel, temporarily or permanently, the USER's registration at any time, and initiate the appropriate legal actions in the following cases: a) If the USER fails to comply with any provision of these Terms and Conditions; b) If the USER commits fraudulent acts; c) If MyBid24h understands that the USER's attitudes are causing damage to third parties or to the SITE itself or has the potential to do so.
Sole Paragraph: In the aforementioned cases, MyBid24h will have the right to withhold the balance resulting the 'OFFER PACKAGES' acquired and not used, as a fine, without prejudice to the application of the appropriate legal measures.
VII. DELIVERY:
VII.1. The delivery time for the PRODUCT may vary, depending on the location of the delivery address provided, the FREIGHT, and the availability of the product by the SUPPLIER.
VIII. RESPONSIBILITIES:
VIII.1. MyBid24h follows all the good practices provided for in USA legislation, in particular the Consumer Defense Code, its obligation is to guarantee the participation of the USER in the acquisition system offered by the SITE, according to the rules established herein, and to settle directly with the SUPPLIER the acquisition of the purchased good or service.
VIII.2. MyBid24h acts as a mere intermediary between the USER and the SUPPLIER, which is why complaints related to the quality and conformity of the product or service, defects, guarantees and delivery times and eventual exchanges must be addressed directly to the SUPPLIER.
VIII.3. MyBid24h is not responsible, under any circumstances, for any losses resulting technical, operational, communication structure or system access failures, which make it impossible or difficult for the USER to participate.
IX. VALIDITY AND CHANGES TO THIS TERMS OF USE: to be amended at any time. In this case, the USER, when logging into his/her ACCOUNT on the SITE, will receive the new version of the General Terms and Conditions with a request for acceptance.
Paragraph One. Any new Terms and Conditions agreement will come into force on the same day of publication on the SITE. However, it will not affect negotiations in progress, or announcements already published on the SITE.
Paragraph Two. If the USER does not agree with the amended terms, the contractual relationship will cease to exist, as long as there are no outstanding amounts or debts, if any, the USER must formally request a refund, sending an email and other documents required by MyBid24h.
X. PRODUCT:
X.1. In case of unavailability of the product purchased the supplier, MyBid24h, after the USER's acquiescence, will send a similar product of the same or higher level.
XI. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS:
XII.1. If fraud or inaccuracies are found in the personal information provided by the USER or in the financial operations carried out, including the reversal or cancellation of payments or debits in the current account, at any time, the operation will be automatically canceled, without prejudice to the applicable legal measures.
XII.1.1 Team play during auctions managed by MyBid24h is strictly prohibited. It is understood as a team game, the use of several users the same origin who take turns in the given bids, or the collusion of users different origins who ally themselves with the objective of taking turns in the act of making bids. If this practice is verified, MyBid24h may, at any time, block users who participated in the team game practice.
Paragraph One. It is allowed the participation of more than one user the same origin in a given auction. However, it is forbidden for these users to take turns bidding.
Paragraph Two. For the purpose of analyzing the practice of team games, all users of the sites administered and managed by MyBid24h will be considered.
XII.2. After Acquisition of bid packages, there will be no refund of amounts paid.
